Fast food have become a regular way of life for many people.
And we all know that it have to change.
But the question is HOW?

It's obviously not enough to spread facts about how junk food is bad for your health, I think everyone knows it by now.
But how come that people still wants to eat it?
Maybe the feeling you get during eating it, satisfy your needs and cravings.

Eating food because you are feeling sad, stressed, angry, depressed?

Well we all know that food won't fix your problems,
and if it would, so why not eating healthy food instead of junk food?

What does junk food have that healthy food does not.

Junk food have ingredients that will affect your brain in a different way than healthy food. Ingredients like bad fat, a lots of sugar and salt.

So WHY do people eat junk food?
I think it comes down to one thing: THE MIND.

Hungry For Change

Fast food = Depression?

Is fast food making us depressed?
Which one would you choose? Choose wisely ;)

Felice Jacka wants to help people with depression but her approach is unorthodox.
To help the patients to cope with their problems, she and her team wants the patient to talk about food.

They will not talk about the patient's childhood, their marital problems, their jobs or be trying out a new cocktail of drugs to help them to cope with the problems.

"Whatever you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is exactly what you will experience in your life."
Anthony Robbins

Yesterday is History, Tomorrow a Mystery

“What we are today comes from our thoughts of yesterday, and our present thoughts build our life of tomorrow: Our life is the creation of our mind.
- Buddha

"The clock is running. Make the most of today. Time waits for no man. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present."
